Summary: Use the Scheduler tab to create schedule-based automations, choose when they run, and define what should happen for the current channel.
Updated: 2026-04-23

Use the **Scheduler** tab when timing and planned automation matter for the current channel.

This tab helps you review schedules, open one to make changes, and create a new schedule-based automation.

## How schedules work

A schedule has two parts:

- **When it runs** - the schedule timing, such as selected weekdays or month days.
- **What happens** - one or more actions that run at that time.

Create the timing first, then add the actions. The schedule starts working only after both parts are valid and you save it.

## Navigation

Open a channel first, then click **Scheduler**.

Use this tab when schedule work belongs to the current channel.

## What you can do here

Use the Scheduler tab to:

- search schedules
- open an existing schedule
- create a new schedule
- turn a schedule on or off
- delete a schedule
- reset the run counter for recurring schedules

## Open the Scheduler tab

1. Open a channel.
2. Click **Scheduler**.
3. Review the schedules shown for that channel.

## Create a schedule

1. Open the **Scheduler** tab.
2. Click **Add Schedule**.
3. In **Configuration**, enter a schedule name.
4. Keep the schedule **Enabled** if it should start running after you save it.
5. Set how often it should run.
6. Click **Next**.
7. In **Actions**, click **Add Action...**.
8. Choose the action the schedule should perform.
9. Fill in the required action details.
10. Save the schedule.

The schedule is created only after you save it.

## Choose when the schedule runs

Use **Run Every** to choose the interval.

You can schedule work by:

- **Week** - choose one or more days of the week and the time to run.
- **Month** - choose one or more days of the month and the time to run.

The schedule needs a name and at least one selected day before you can continue.

## Add schedule actions

Actions define what happens when the schedule runs.

Available actions include:

- **Notifications** for posting or sending a message.
- **Task** for creating follow-up work.
- **Form** for creating a form-related action.
- **GPT Agent** for running a saved AI agent from the schedule.
- **Webhook** for sending information to another system.

Add at least one valid action before saving. Each action row shows whether it is complete.

## Edit an existing schedule

1. Open the **Scheduler** tab.
2. Click the schedule row.
3. Update the configuration, actions, or enabled status.
4. Save the changes.

Use the row menu when you want to disable, enable, share, reset, or delete a schedule.

## Tips

- Review the list before creating a new schedule so you do not create a duplicate.
- Open an existing schedule when you want to adjust timing instead of starting again from scratch.
- Use clear schedule names so the list is easy to scan later.
- Disable a schedule when you want to pause it without deleting the setup.
