This update replaces the small profile menu with a larger account settings dialog, making everyday account tasks easier to find and manage.

## What changed

- Clicking your avatar now opens a full account settings dialog with vertical tabs.
- Profile, Preferences, Companies, and Change password now live in one place.
- The Profile tab has a clearer layout for profile image, personal details, and signature updates.
- Preferences now uses dropdown controls for notification tone and date format, with a simpler home page selector.
- Companies now opens directly inside account settings, with search, company images, and a simplified company-name list.
- Sign out remains available from the account settings sidebar.
