## What changed

- Upload an image, such as a paper form, note, or work order.
- Paste free text when the information already exists in a message, report, or field note.
- Let Zira draft the form values from that input.
- Review the draft before submitting.

## Why it helps

This is useful when the information already exists somewhere else and you do not want to copy it field by field.

The review step is important: AI helps with the first pass, but you still decide what should be submitted.
