
Use **Change password** when you need to update your own account password.

This is helpful when you want to keep your account secure, refresh an older password, or update access on a shared device.

## Open Change password

1. Click your profile picture in the top-right app area.
2. Click the **Change password** tab.

## Enter your password details

1. Enter your current password in **Old Password**.
2. Enter your new password in **New password**.
3. Enter the new password again in **Confirm new password**.

Use the eye icon in a password field if you need to check what you typed.

## Follow the password rules

Your new password must:

- have at least 8 characters
- include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers
- include a special character, such as **!**, **@**, **#**, **$**, **%**, **^**, or **\***

## Save the new password

1. Click **Save**.
2. Wait for the password change to finish.
3. Sign in again if Zira asks you to.

If the two new password fields do not match, correct them and click **Save** again.

Change Your Password


Use the **Forms** tab when you want to open forms that belong to the current channel.

This tab keeps form work tied to the right channel, so it is easier to review existing forms, open one quickly, or start a new one.

## Navigation

Open a channel first, then click the **Forms** tab.

Use this tab when forms are part of the channel's day-to-day work and you want to stay in the same channel while moving between related items.

## What you can do here

- Use the **Forms** tab to review forms for the current channel.
- Open a form when you want to read it, fill it in, or update it.

## Open the Forms tab

1. Open a channel.
2. Click **Forms**.
3. Review the forms shown for that channel.

## Open a form or start a new one

From this tab, you can:

- open a form you already use
- start a new blank form
- use AI to build a form
- create a task form when that matches the work you need

If you are not sure which form to open, start in this tab and review the list first.

To create a new form, click the **+** button in the top-right area of the tab.

## Start a blank form

Choose **Blank Form** when you want to build a standard form from scratch.

After the editor opens, you can:

- enter the form title
- add a short description
- use **Add Field** to build the form structure
- review the live preview on the right while you work

## What this tab is good for

Use the Forms tab when you want to:

- keep form work connected to the right channel
- find forms without searching the whole app
- move from one form to another without leaving the channel

## Tips

- Start here when a form belongs to one specific channel.
- Open the full form page when you need more space to review or complete the form.
- If you need to create something new, use the **+** button in this tab.
- Choose **Blank Form** for a standard form or **Custom Task** when the work should follow a task-style workflow.

Use **AI Insights** when you want the dashboard to explain charts, KPIs, or selected widgets in plain language.

This widget is helpful when a chart alone is not enough and people need a written explanation of what the dashboard is showing.

## Navigation

Open a dashboard, enter edit mode if needed, then choose **Add widget**.

Use **AI Insights** when you want an answer box on the dashboard that explains selected widget data.

## How to set it up

The AI Insights widget appears as a dashboard widget after setup.

During setup, you choose the question, the widgets it should use as context, and how the answer should be presented.

## Add the widget

1. Open a dashboard.
2. Click **Add widget**.
3. Choose **AI Insights**.

## Set up AI Insights

In the setup flow, choose:

- the widget name
- the question or prompt
- which dashboard widgets should be included as context
- the answer style
- any model or display settings that are available

## What AI Insights is good for

Use **AI Insights** when you want to:

- explain a chart or KPI in plain language
- summarize what changed in a selected group of widgets
- create a reusable analysis block on the dashboard

## Tips

- Choose widget context carefully so the answer stays focused.
- Keep the prompt clear and practical.
- Use this widget when the audience needs explanation, not only raw numbers.
