
Use this guide when you are ready to sign in to Zira.

You will need your **Email** and **Password**.

## Open the sign-in page

1. Open the Zira sign-in page your team uses.
2. Wait for the sign-in form to appear.
3. Make sure you can see the **Email** and **Password** fields.

## Sign in

1. Enter your email address in **Email**.
2. Enter your password in **Password**.
3. Click **Login**.
4. Wait for your Zira home page to open.

If you want to check your password before signing in, click the eye icon in the password field.

## If you cannot sign in

- Click **Forgot password?** if you need to reset your password.
- Click **Sign Up** if you were invited to create a new account and have not finished that step yet.
- Contact your team lead or support contact if your email or password still does not work.

## What happens next

After you sign in, Zira opens your home page.

From there, you can open the left sidebar to move to places like **Chats**, **Channels**, **Sites**, and **Vision**.

Sign In to Zira


Use dashboards when you want one place to monitor data, tasks, trends, and operational context together.

Dashboards can include live data, charts, tables, task widgets, AI insights, shortcuts, feed views, and more.

## Open a dashboard

You can reach dashboards from the **Dashboards** tab of a channel, including site channels, data-source channels, and other channel types that include dashboards.

1. Open the channel that contains the dashboard you want.
2. Click the dashboard name.
3. Review the current date range and the visible widgets.

## Change the date range

Click the date range in the dashboard toolbar to pick a preset such as **Today**, **This Week** or
**Last 30 Days**.

To look back a set number of periods:
1. Open the **Custom** tab.
2. Choose **Day**, **Week**, **Month** or **Year**.
3. Enter how many.
4. Choose whether to include the current period. For example, the last 3 days including today.

You can go back up to 365 days, 52 weeks, 36 months or 3 years.

## What dashboards can include

Dashboards support a wide widget catalog.

Common examples include:

- data research widgets such as **KPI**, **Grouped KPI**, **KPI Table**, **Column**, **Bar**, **Pie**, and **Time series**
- **Data Table** widgets for forms and readings
- task widgets such as **Board**, **List**, and **Task Statistics**
- **AI Insights**
- utility widgets such as **Header**, **Shortcuts**, **Feed**, **Filter Widget**, **Streaming**, and **Data Streaming**

## How dashboards are usually built

Most dashboard work follows this pattern:

1. Create the dashboard.
2. Confirm the right data sources, channels, or task context already exist.
3. Add widgets.
4. Arrange the layout.
5. Save and share the result.

## Use the dashboard toolbar

The dashboard toolbar lets you:

- add widgets
- open **AI build dashboard…**
- switch into layout editing
- edit dashboard settings
- refresh the data
- set auto-update
- share the dashboard
- enter full screen

Most dashboard options live in the **Dashboard options** menu next to the dashboard time range. Open that menu when you want layout, data preference, sharing, cache, home page, or full-screen actions.

Using Dashboards


The Overview tab gives you a simple summary of what is happening on this data source.

Use it when you first open a data source or when you want a quick check before opening other tabs.

## Before you start

Open a data source, then select the **Overview** tab.

## How to use it

1. Open the data source and go to **Overview**.
2. Review any setup alerts at the top.
3. Use **Live View** when you want to open the camera stream.
4. Use the message at the top if you want to open the newest review item.
5. Check the **Workflow** card to see the current counts.
6. Click any count to open that area.
7. Check **Device Status** to see connection and device health.

## Key settings or fields

### Toolbar actions

- **Live View** opens the live view window for the current device.

### Setup alerts

For new Vision and Pallet Vision data sources, the Overview tab may show setup alerts.

These alerts help the workflow know whether the device is ready:

- **Device is not marked as paired.**
  - Use **QR** or **OTC** to pair the device.
  - Use **Paired** if the device is already paired.
  - Use **Skip** if you want to continue without marking pairing.
- **Device is not marked as mounted.**
  - Open **Live View** and verify the camera view first.
  - Use **Mounted** when the device is installed and the view looks right.
  - Use **Skip** if you want to continue without marking mounting.

These alerts disappear after you mark or skip each setup item.

The Home AI Assistant uses the same setup status when it guides the Vision workflow from chat.

### Workflow counters

The workflow card shows the main work areas:

- **Videos** or **Images**
- **Datasets**
- **Annotations**
- **Versions**
- **Models**
- **Validation**

Click any card to open it.

### Device status

The device status section shows important device details in one place:

- Power state
- Online or offline state
- Cellular, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connectivity
- Battery level and temperature
- Camera state
- App version
- Last known location, when available

## Update or edit existing items

- To keep working, open the related tab from the workflow card or the top tab bar.
